Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing training
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a commercially-focused Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to foster strong connections and trust with clients
  • Experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving deals to close
  • Familiarity with the legal tech space and entity and/or equity management solutions
  • Willingness to travel based on business needs
