Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commercially-focused Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to foster strong connections and trust with clients
- Experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving deals to close
- Familiarity with the legal tech space and entity and/or equity management solutions
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
