Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager- Predictive Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional teams and oversee customer onboarding for an excellent experience
  • Manage the post sales customer lifecycle for assigned SaaS customers, focusing on adoption and value realization
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve desired business outcomes from their SaaS investment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical subject such as Engineering or Physics
  • Proven 8+ years in a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Experience with enterprise customers and SaaS/cloud-based solutions
  • Understanding of subscription models, renewal cycles, and ongoing value delivery
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
