Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support customers on their journey with Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure they derive value from products and services
  • Monitor customer adoption of solutions and facilitate their overall business needs
  • Develop success plans outlining critical success factors and track progress while providing recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager supporting a SaaS solution
  • 2+ years of experience with change management practices and process re-engineering
  • 2+ years of experience using a CRM such as Salesforce and a customer success tool
  • Proven account management and strategic planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
