Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 25-40 accounts, focusing on onboarding and achieving customer milestones
- Conduct impactful quarterly business reviews and proactively identify upsell opportunities
- Act as the customer advocate internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of customer success experience, managing 20-50 accounts
- Experience with technical products, such as APIs or data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to engage in commercial conversations regarding pricing and renewals
- Background in early-stage companies (Seed to Series C)
- Ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders
