Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer engagement and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 accounts, focusing on onboarding and achieving customer milestones
  • Conduct impactful quarterly business reviews and proactively identify upsell opportunities
  • Act as the customer advocate internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of customer success experience, managing 20-50 accounts
  • Experience with technical products, such as APIs or data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in commercial conversations regarding pricing and renewals
  • Background in early-stage companies (Seed to Series C)
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders
