Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in China, fluent in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and success metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and agency partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive platform adoption and collaborate with teams for customer success
Required Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work during US East Coast hours while based in China Standard Time
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools; HubSpot knowledge is a plus
