Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as the main point of contact for existing customers and focus on account growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Customer Account Team to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline of growth
- Facilitate customer onboarding and drive the renewal process to increase long-term revenue
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Enterprise software or Internet/Telecommunications industries
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience in proposing or deploying cloud and virtualized compute solutions
- Ability to maintain records and reports focused on revenue retention
