Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure value from products and services
  • Monitor customer adoption of solutions and develop success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics
  • Act as a liaison between product management and customers, communicating the innovation roadmap and managing renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager supporting a SaaS solution
  • 2+ years of experience with change management practices and process re-engineering
  • 2+ years of experience using a CRM and customer success tool
  • Proven account management and strategic planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
