Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance educational experiences for K-12 schools across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a 6-star onboarding experience for all customers, achieving 100% onboarding success
  • Drive product utilization and engagement within assigned accounts, supporting low-usage customers
  • Manage renewal processes and maintain regular engagement with customers to secure renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience or strong relationships with educational leaders and organizations
  • Familiarity with funding sources and education policies impacting decision-making
  • Proven ability to support customer renewals and drive expansion efforts
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the ed-tech sector
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk
