Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance educational experiences for K-12 schools across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a 6-star onboarding experience for all customers, achieving 100% onboarding success
- Drive product utilization and engagement within assigned accounts, supporting low-usage customers
- Manage renewal processes and maintain regular engagement with customers to secure renewals
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience or strong relationships with educational leaders and organizations
- Familiarity with funding sources and education policies impacting decision-making
- Proven ability to support customer renewals and drive expansion efforts
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the ed-tech sector
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk
