Job Summary

- Assess customer software implementation needs and define project scope
- Lead implementation engagements and align solutions with customer objectives
- Support customers through change management and ensure successful adoption of solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry with relevant software
- 3-5 years of experience in software implementation or customer success roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in Project Controls within the engineering & construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and guide technology adoption
