Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer software implementation needs and define project scope
  • Lead implementation engagements and align solutions with customer objectives
  • Support customers through change management and ensure successful adoption of solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry with relevant software
  • 3-5 years of experience in software implementation or customer success roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong background in Project Controls within the engineering & construction industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and guide technology adoption
