Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive adoption and retention for customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sales experience for over 400 accounts, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
- Utilize customer data to identify risks, drive product adoption, and uncover growth opportunities
- Conduct structured business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on growth opportunities with veterinary practices
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role
- Experience managing subscription-based models with a combination of high-touch and digital engagement strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Success tools is a plus
- Veterinary experience is a plus
- Experience with data analytics to inform communication strategies
