Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and drive retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate the adoption of new features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive subscription renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, account management, or sales
  • Experience in the computer software industry, preferably SaaS
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Technically inclined with the ability to train customers on software changes
