Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate the adoption of new features
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive subscription renewals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, account management, or sales
- Experience in the computer software industry, preferably SaaS
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Technically inclined with the ability to train customers on software changes
