Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Commercial Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive adoption and retention
  • Provide technical expertise on the product and educate various departments on the business value of automation
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and contribute to team development through coaching and mentoring
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • BS or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management, or technical account management, preferably in SaaS/iPaaS
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation
  • Understanding of large complex businesses and their stakeholder processes
  • Track record of high customer retention and growth
