Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 mid-market customers, ensuring their success, retention, and growth
  • Drive customer adoption and ensure measurable value from the security programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and improve support processes


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Project Management in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of achieving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell results
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages like German or French are advantageous
