Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Project Management in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of achieving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell results
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages like German or French are advantageous
