Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Manager for the Enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Customer Success team, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion of strategic accounts
- Engage directly with Enterprise clients during key moments in their journey and act as a bridge between clients and the Product team
- Establish and monitor clear KPIs, ensuring consistent target achievement and reducing churn through structured action plans
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading Customer Success teams or related areas, preferably in SaaS companies
- Experience managing Enterprise clients
- Advanced/Fluent English for daily interaction with stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
