Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Team Manager for the Enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Enterprise Customer Success team, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion of strategic accounts
  • Engage directly with Enterprise clients during key moments in their journey and act as a bridge between clients and the Product team
  • Establish and monitor clear KPIs, ensuring consistent target achievement and reducing churn through structured action plans
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience leading Customer Success teams or related areas, preferably in SaaS companies
  • Experience managing Enterprise clients
  • Advanced/Fluent English for daily interaction with stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
