Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' business goals and success metrics, and recommend features or changes to improve performance
  • Communicate success metrics to customer leadership and provide insights on new features and opportunities for improvement
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and support the account team in identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in a SaaS company, management consulting, or the lending industry
  • Technical aptitude to understand the product and customers' needs
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and develop compelling solutions for customers
  • Strong articulation of contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers
  • Experience in developing trusted relationships with C-level executives
