Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers' business goals and success metrics, and recommend features or changes to improve performance
- Communicate success metrics to customer leadership and provide insights on new features and opportunities for improvement
- Build trusted relationships with customers and support the account team in identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in a SaaS company, management consulting, or the lending industry
- Technical aptitude to understand the product and customers' needs
- Ability to analyze KPIs and develop compelling solutions for customers
- Strong articulation of contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers
- Experience in developing trusted relationships with C-level executives
