Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - End User Services (MSP, Life Sciences).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a virtual service delivery team and serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Drive account improvements and ensure clients are leveraging services effectively
  • Manage customer feedback and advocate for client needs while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Technical Account Management within an MSP
  • Experience supporting Biotech, Pharma, or life sciences organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive technical management experience in service desk and infrastructure services
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
