Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - End User Services (MSP, Life Sciences).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a virtual service delivery team and serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Drive account improvements and ensure clients are leveraging services effectively
- Manage customer feedback and advocate for client needs while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or Technical Account Management within an MSP
- Experience supporting Biotech, Pharma, or life sciences organizations
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Extensive technical management experience in service desk and infrastructure services
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
