Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee post-sale relationships with enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing relationships and ensuring customer success
- Own project plans for customer deployments, coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and resolve issues
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account health, strategic opportunities, and customer advocacy efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar post-sales role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts with complex deployment projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run structured programs and manage timelines effectively
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud environments, and identity technologies
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
