Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers at the Executive level
- Strong organizational and planning skills
