Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive activation, adoption, and value realization
  • Manage a quota-carrying role focused on retaining and growing account value


Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
  • Experience managing mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and customer outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills to translate usage and outcomes into business value
  • Strong conceptual understanding of technical products, preferably in data or infrastructure
