Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of high-value accounts
- Partner with Account Executives to drive activation, adoption, and value realization
- Manage a quota-carrying role focused on retaining and growing account value
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS
- Experience managing mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to drive adoption and customer outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to translate usage and outcomes into business value
- Strong conceptual understanding of technical products, preferably in data or infrastructure
