Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a Senior CSM with operational needs across a large book of business
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts end-to-end, ensuring customer experience and account health
  • Build relationships with customers and contribute to account planning and business reviews


Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and requests
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Interest in fintech, B2B SaaS, or working with financial institutions is a plus
  • High levels of empathy, integrity, and accountability
