Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a Senior CSM with operational needs across a large book of business
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts end-to-end, ensuring customer experience and account health
- Build relationships with customers and contribute to account planning and business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and requests
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Interest in fintech, B2B SaaS, or working with financial institutions is a plus
- High levels of empathy, integrity, and accountability
