Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee client operations and ensure smooth execution of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing operational requests and inquiries
- Manage client operations including investor management, tokenized transactions, and compliance processes
- Empower clients to effectively use the platform through education and tailored guidance
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Operations, or Account Management, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Exposure to contracts, compliance processes, or financial/legal documentation is a strong plus
- Experience with CRM and workflow management tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Notion, or similar) preferred
- Enthusiasm for blockchain technology and the modernization of capital markets
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver timely client support
