Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (U.S or Canada).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years of customer management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts
  • Experience using Salesforce and data visualization tools
  • Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and opportunities
