Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Logistics).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer book of around $3 million ARR within the logistics service provider vertical
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup, training, and initial usage
  • Conduct regular stakeholder check-ins and business reviews to assess progress and discuss future goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Experience in managing customer success programs, retention, and upselling strategies
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Transportation or logistics experience required
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute as well as strategize
