Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Logistics).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a customer book of around $3 million ARR within the logistics service provider vertical
- Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup, training, and initial usage
- Conduct regular stakeholder check-ins and business reviews to assess progress and discuss future goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success
- Experience in managing customer success programs, retention, and upselling strategies
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Transportation or logistics experience required
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute as well as strategize
