Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer relationships from implementation through renewal
- Drive customer retention by establishing trusted advisor relationships and promoting product adoption
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and assess customer risk to ensure value realization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly transforming environment
- Proven track record with C-level, VP, and Director level clients
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and technical concepts for implementation guidance
