Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer relationships from implementation through renewal
  • Drive customer retention by establishing trusted advisor relationships and promoting product adoption
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and assess customer risk to ensure value realization
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in enterprise SaaS
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapidly transforming environment
  • Proven track record with C-level, VP, and Director level clients
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and technical concepts for implementation guidance
