Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market focused on customer retention and expansion

  • Proven ability to build relationships and understand business needs
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as the company scales
  • Experience with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
