Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SMB or Mid-Market focused on customer retention and expansion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize requests
- Proven ability to build relationships and understand business needs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as the company scales
- Experience with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred
