Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the success and growth of a portfolio of enterprise customers, developing tailored account plans
  • Achieve key commercial metrics, including renewals and upsells, in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts to facilitate retention and growth
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a cloud or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in a dedicated Enterprise CSM role with a track record of achieving commercial targets
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise IT environments and procurement processes
  • Experience with Salesforce and other relevant CRM tools
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and drive positive outcomes for customers
