Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Experience working with segmented customers, including digital-first success models
- Familiarity with KPIs like Customer Health Score, retention, and churn mitigation
- Experience with Customer Success software is a plus
- Comfortable working remotely and open to occasional travel
