Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with a large portfolio of accounts through automated workflows and targeted outreach
- Monitor account health and usage signals, addressing churn risks and supporting renewal readiness
- Facilitate customer onboarding and training opportunities to ensure effective platform utilization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field; experience in healthcare or sports tech is a plus
- Experience in SaaS Customer Success, Business Development, or similar customer-facing roles
- Ability to interpret CRM insights and customer data for proactive outreach
- Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Salesforce or Totango
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
