Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end customer relationship for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities for customers
  • Lead structured customer engagements and maintain a deep understanding of the company's platform to advise customers effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of driving customer outcomes and managing renewal or expansion conversations
  • Educational or professional background in treasury, accounting, or finance
  • Experience with cash management, TMS, and/or accounting systems
