Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer relationship for a defined book of business, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities for customers
- Lead structured customer engagements and maintain a deep understanding of the company's platform to advise customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated track record of driving customer outcomes and managing renewal or expansion conversations
- Educational or professional background in treasury, accounting, or finance
- Experience with cash management, TMS, and/or accounting systems
