Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze usage data monthly to identify at-risk customers and opportunities for value optimization
- Drive customer adoption through onboarding and plans to enhance customer success
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success roles focused on delivering value
- Experience in building customer relationships across various organizational levels
- Experience in customer service or account management - Preferred
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) - Preferred
