Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze usage data monthly to identify at-risk customers and opportunities for value optimization
  • Drive customer adoption through onboarding and plans to enhance customer success
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success roles focused on delivering value
  • Experience in building customer relationships across various organizational levels
  • Experience in customer service or account management - Preferred
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) - Preferred
