Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process for a seamless transition to the platform
- Deliver engaging training sessions to clients on software usage and best practices
- Create and maintain clear documentation to support client education and product usage
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or software industries
- Industry knowledge of the retail energy sector is preferred
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is a plus
- Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for helping customers succeed
