Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process for a seamless transition to the platform
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to clients on software usage and best practices
  • Create and maintain clear documentation to support client education and product usage
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or software industries
  • Industry knowledge of the retail energy sector is preferred
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is a plus
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for helping customers succeed
