Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers and enhance their experience with the company's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with relevant products in the fitness or SaaS industry is a plus
- Experience with customer success metrics, retention strategies, or risk management practices is beneficial
