Job Summary

- Maintain detailed Account Plans for each client, focusing on growth and retention strategies

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Success role
- Enterprise experience is required; construction lending experience is preferred
- Proven ability to manage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

- Knowledgeable in current industry practices and trends
