Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

- Act as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 customer accounts, managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Guide customers in maximizing their use of the platform to achieve business outcomes and demonstrate ROI
- Monitor account health, proactively engage with customers, and facilitate resolutions to ensure retention and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management
- A customer value and ROI-driven mindset
- Experience in product training and customer engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
