Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 customer accounts, managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
