Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consultative interactions with customers to understand their usage and challenges with the system
  • Drive customer satisfaction and reduce churn through strategic actions and relationship management
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and manage renewal agreements with current customers
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of customer success management or related experience
  • Experience with customer analytics platforms preferred
  • Experience working with Mid-Market clients and key account stakeholders
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a procurement or purchasing department is a plus
