Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consultative interactions with customers to understand their usage and challenges with the system
- Drive customer satisfaction and reduce churn through strategic actions and relationship management
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities and manage renewal agreements with current customers
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer success management or related experience
- Experience with customer analytics platforms preferred
- Experience working with Mid-Market clients and key account stakeholders
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a procurement or purchasing department is a plus
