Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer retention and account growth within behavioral health practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to exceed quarterly and annual retention targets
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with practice owners
- Manage customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Experience with autism, ABA, and ABA billing
- Comfortable working with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a SaaS (software) company is highly preferred
- Experience in behavioral health and ABA medical billing
