Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer retention and account growth within behavioral health practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive to exceed quarterly and annual retention targets
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with practice owners
  • Manage customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
  • Experience with autism, ABA, and ABA billing
  • Comfortable working with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a SaaS (software) company is highly preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health and ABA medical billing
