Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, and renewals
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to facilitate quick rollout across teams
  • Monitor engagement metrics to identify adoption gaps and renewal risks
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success for a B2B SaaS product
  • Experience in an early-stage startup, building playbooks and processes from scratch
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption and managing renewals
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise customers is preferred
