Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, diagnosing discrepancies in data
  • Deliver training sessions focused on customer use cases and create structured documentation for support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or software environment
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues involving data and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or APIs
  • High level of ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution independently
  • Experience in the retail energy sector or related workflows is preferred
