Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure accurate setup for smooth production workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, diagnosing discrepancies in data
- Deliver training sessions focused on customer use cases and create structured documentation for support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or software environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues involving data and workflows
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or APIs
- High level of ownership and ability to drive issues to resolution independently
- Experience in the retail energy sector or related workflows is preferred
