Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewals
- Monitor account health to proactively identify risks and opportunities, executing retention strategies for at-risk accounts
- Manage a portfolio of ~400 customers using a mix of outreach strategies and contribute to scalable success programs
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of SaaS customer-facing experience (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Experience managing a high-volume or scaled book of business
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Intercom, or similar engagement platforms
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and communication
