Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will enhance customer relationship management, satisfaction, expansion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with 15-25 strategic enterprise customers, including C-level executives
  • Create and implement strategies to boost customer retention and identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage customer onboarding and drive product adoption and usage
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, and/or account management
  • 2+ years of enterprise customer management experience in a complex B2B SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics linked to business outcomes
  • Proven experience interacting with customers on business and product strategy
  • Bonus: Experience in AI/ML technologies in the CX space or at a fast-growing technology/SaaS company
