Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and impactful start
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Provide proactive support and issue resolution, managing tickets and client feedback
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Passionate about technology and AI
- Experience with SaaS or tech support is highly valued
- Legally authorized to work in the US
