Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager specializing in Legal AI Solutions for Global and Large Law Firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance
  • Create success plans with customers to ensure effective adoption of legal AI solutions
  • Lead executive business reviews and advocate for customer needs to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Formal legal education (JD) or significant experience in legal technology
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within legal tech or SaaS
  • Experience with global and large law firms is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor
