Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager specializing in Legal AI Solutions for Global and Large Law Firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance
- Create success plans with customers to ensure effective adoption of legal AI solutions
- Lead executive business reviews and advocate for customer needs to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Formal legal education (JD) or significant experience in legal technology
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within legal tech or SaaS
- Experience with global and large law firms is highly preferred
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor
