Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of defense for customer issues, triaging and resolving them with urgency
  • Run structured onboarding and implementation sessions to set customers up for success
  • Proactively manage implementation timelines and coordinate with customer teams and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer success, support, or a similar role in SaaS or fintech
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
  • Working knowledge of APIs and experience supporting customers with implementation
  • Ability to build trust and establish relationships across customer organizations
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
