Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of defense for customer issues, triaging and resolving them with urgency
- Run structured onboarding and implementation sessions to set customers up for success
- Proactively manage implementation timelines and coordinate with customer teams and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer success, support, or a similar role in SaaS or fintech
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
- Working knowledge of APIs and experience supporting customers with implementation
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships across customer organizations
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
