Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Resolves and manages the resolution of complex client requests and account demands
  • Assesses customer needs and develops plans to improve adoption of the program
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Planhat, or Gainsight preferred
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus, but not required
