Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Lead onboarding efforts and drive product adoption through proactive engagement
  • Monitor account health, identify risks or opportunities, and manage the renewals process for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles in SaaS or technology
  • Experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle industry, including familiarity with workflows and reimbursement processes
  • Experience using Planhat Customer Success Platform (CSP) is preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement and elevating the customer journey
