Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Lead onboarding efforts and drive product adoption through proactive engagement
- Monitor account health, identify risks or opportunities, and manage the renewals process for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles in SaaS or technology
- Experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle industry, including familiarity with workflows and reimbursement processes
- Experience using Planhat Customer Success Platform (CSP) is preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for continuous improvement and elevating the customer journey
