Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of property manager accounts, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenue
- Conduct regular business reviews and serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale SaaS roles
- Proven track record of driving net revenue retention and reducing churn
- Experience with SaaS, digital products, or technology platforms
- Data-driven approach to account management using health metrics and business performance
- Highly motivated and resourceful with strong executive presence
