Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of the governance platform by managing projects and coordinating with internal teams
- Oversee customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, training, support coordination, and business reviews
- Define and execute success plans aligned to customer goals to drive governance outcomes and long-term value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles within B2B SaaS companies
- Strong project management skills with a history of leading multiple concurrent customer engagements
- Ability to work well across functions, aligning teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
- AI fluency or willingness to learn is a requirement
- Prior experience in a startup environment managing Fortune 500 customers is highly desirable
