Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise customer relationships and act as a liaison between product management and customers
- Facilitate customer adoption of platform features and provide insights on business needs to internal teams
- Resolve escalated customer issues and advocate for customer interests within the organization
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management with enterprise customers
- Experience in issue resolution and escalation management
- Ability to build relationships with customers at the Executive level
- Experience engaging across various corporate functions
- Comfortable working with global teams and managing workloads across time zones
