Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise customer relationships and act as a liaison between product management and customers
  • Facilitate customer adoption of platform features and provide insights on business needs to internal teams
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and advocate for customer interests within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management with enterprise customers
  • Experience in issue resolution and escalation management
  • Ability to build relationships with customers at the Executive level
  • Experience engaging across various corporate functions
  • Comfortable working with global teams and managing workloads across time zones
