Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Mid Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a product expert and manage the full customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal
  • Coordinate and lead internal teams to support customer needs and track success initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and proactively report key account metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of previous Customer Success management experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical topics and products
  • Proven track record of high-level performance and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience managing customer expectations and influencing teams
  • Strong people management skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
