Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Mid Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a product expert and manage the full customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal
- Coordinate and lead internal teams to support customer needs and track success initiatives
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and proactively report key account metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of previous Customer Success management experience
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical topics and products
- Proven track record of high-level performance and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience managing customer expectations and influencing teams
- Strong people management skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
