Job Summary

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption and retention
- Provide technical guidance and maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success
- Experience managing the renewal process and achieving retention targets
- Strong project management skills with a track record of holding teams accountable
- Experience working with technical products and engaging with developers or technical personas
- Proven ability to advocate for customers while balancing company objectives
